My Sessions
To book sessions please get in contact with me via ilightme.uk@gmail.com. Please remember sessions are part of a 10/12 week program therefore fees are calculated according to the type of program agreed.
1-2-1 sessions under the ICU Programme are £45 per hour with an expected program completion cost of between £450/£550 (dependant of either10/12 sessions)
The teen Hypnotherapy sessions are one off sessions that are delivered as and when necessary to support healing and better wellbeing,
